Some examples of some low calorie foods to help you get back on track of healthy eating are.. Taro shoots, watercress, cucumber, cabbage, lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, celery, chard, lemons, peppers, broccoli raab, mushrooms, spinach, asparagus, cauliflower, mustard greens, grapefruit, watermelon, strawberries, broccoli, peaches, papayas.. etc. (as you can see this list is all natural foods, vegetables and fruits!)

    • My suggestions to you would be to just start following a healthier diet including a variety of vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and low fat dairy. I suggest you go to http://www.choosemyplate.gov/ and fill in the requirements for your height and weight to get a personalized diet plan to follow that fits your needs. There’s also a great deal of nutrition facts and helpful tools to help managing weight easier. Keep in mind that tracking what you eat everyday is extremely helpful in successful weight loss, as well as exercising! Hope this helped!
