Why do people snack at night?

  • Bored
  • Tired
  • Not enough food at dinner or throughout the day

Alternate healthier tips:

  • Butterless popcorn — can add cinnamon and a sprinkle of sugar if want something sweeter
  • Fruit
  • Handful of nuts
  • Limit soda/drink water
  • Keep a food journal to ensure you have had enough calories in the day
